the problem of insurance for plateau farming
In the No. 1 Central Document of 2025, General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered important instructions on the work of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in 2025. In response to this, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs convened a national video conference to deploy veterinary work, clearly setting the core of "stabilizing production capacity, preventing diseases, ensuring safety, and promoting transformation." To actively respond to the national call, Luoyang Laipson Information Technology., Ltd. and Gannan Xinhe Animal Husbandry worked together to launch the "Muanbao Software Platform Electronic Ear Tag" solution, equ the cattle and sheep on this plateau with an "electronic ID card," using technology to build a solid insurance protection network.
As an important livestock production base in China, the breeding of yaks and Tibetan sheep in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is the main economic source local farmers and herdsmen. However, under the traditional breeding mode, there are factors such as great difficulty in livestock management and many uncertainties in the insurance claims process.
In order to solve this dilemma, the Laipson and Gannan Xinhe Animal Husbandry Co-developed Mupaibao software platform made significant breakthroughs in the Gannan yak and Tibetan sheep insurance field. The platform uses specialized electronic ear tags for animal husbandry insurance, which has injected new impet into the sustainable development of the local livestock industry.
The Laipson electronic ear tag adopts advanced RFID wireless radio frequency identification technology and high-quality pure TPU raw materials, which can not only effectively infection during animal tagging, but also has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance, adapting to the complex and changeable climate environment of Gannan State. Each electronic tag has a unique code, which is like an "electronic ID card" for yaks and Tibetan sheep, and can store detailed information such as the breed, age, vaccination, and birth date of the animal.
At the same time, the vast amount of data collected by the Mu Anbao software platform and electronic ear tags has also provided strong data support for the government to formulate scientific and reasonable policies for the development of animal husbandry, promoting the yak and Tibetan sheep industries in Gannan Prefecture to take a big step towards informization, refinement and modernization.
